 What is the cause of depression in this life by we don't thinking about the depression you know we main hun build the very much tall buildings in the world but we must think that how much depression is facing in this world people are still running after the money day by day they are trying to earn money by everything every hook and by crook they just with money people like to cheat people like to steal money from others but some people are making it by hard work whether we are earning money by hard work or just by cheating still that money cannot give answer the full police satisfaction because the inner soul needs the true knowledge of the God and without the true knowledge of that god we cannot come out off from the depression depression is alarming situation wherever our mind is telling us that our part is going into wrong way most of the people think that if they have abundant amount of money in their life there are problems and very e must be vanished after that but we can see in this world that many rich people are facing depression even some rich people try to commit suicide why this happening because we don't have any idea about our inner peace inner peace cannot obtain just by obtaining too much money it is only obtained when we live consciously when we live about ourself the world ambitious is so much powerful that a man have the ambitions to grow big by collecting so much money he is thinking that he can have all the things in his life we are putting our life in danger to just by collecting money but we are not giving time for our self to know our real identity our real identity is very different from the our physical body physical body is just a tool to understand this university how much water we need how much food we need that is a little amount but how much the world is wasting that is too much at the end I can only say that depression is a mental problem not a physical but the doctors are trying to to overcome the issues of the depression by just giving the medication to the patient but they are not working on that what is the real cause of depression by doing meditation and by surrendering to the to god we can come out of this depression easily there is only one solution from this problem that we must know that god is true
